Help needed with sleep fighting 7mo nap schedule

My 7mo has always been a challenge in the sleep department, needing support to sleep (feeding or constant motion i.e. pram or carrier) and experiencing 1-2 hourly wakes during the night since around 4mo, in addition to sporadic split nights and early morning starts.

He doesn't show sleepy signs until it's too late, so until now have muddled along with a 2/3 hour wake window as a rough guide (resulting in 3 naps per day of varying lengths depending on how long he sleeps/how long I can walk for) but just recently this is no longer working and he's regularly skipping naps but then struggling to make it to 7pm bedtime. He's obviously tired but really fights it.

Can anyone advise their routine for their 7mo including nap timings and bedtime?

For background he does have silent reflux which he's recently been prescribed omezaprole for, and I have a tongue tie assessment scheduled for him next month as I do have some concerns about his feeding.

I was doing 3 naps.

9am till 1030am
1245pm/1pm till 215pm/230pm
445pm/5pm awake by 530pm
8pm bed.
630am toll 7am rise.

The other way is lo may be ready to do 2 naps. We did around 8 months.
930am till 11am
2pm till 330pm/4pm
730pm/8pm bed.

Some do more
9am till 10am nap
1pm till 3pm/330pm nap
7pm/730pm bed.
For some reason this didn't work until my lo was much older.

But way your describing is lo is overtired with early starts, split nights, fighting sleep.

I would pick a routine that suits you and lo and stick with it for a couple weeks and see what happens. If I put my lo to bed at 7pm she be getting up early. So we changed bedtime to 8pm after jiggling around naps and now have a later rise.

He sounds perfectly normal to me. I think you’re expecting a lot from a 7mo! Most babies like to be fed to sleep, cuddled to sleep or have motion. And lots of babies under 12 months don’t nap that much during the day.
