My little is awake now and has been for 40 mins. Had a poo and a cry and is also full of cold. I'm putting it down to the cold as she wouldn't normally have such broken sleep.
She's definitely having trouble breathing with a blocked nose.

My LO did this (now 14 months). Just go with it. If they’re hungry/thirsty then they’re hungry/thirsty. Probably growing through a growth spurt too. Mine had a sleep regression around 11/12 months too as she learnt to stand and walk.

I agree with PP. I just gave mine milk when they're ill or upset in the night. They're not still going to be doing it a 3. 10 months is still really little. It's comfort for them

Thanks for all your replies! Just think I'm finding the night wakings hard at the moment as i’m also full of cold and back to work..this too shall pass!
