Query RE: 3 hr EASY routine

Hello All,

I m currently following the 3 hr EASY routine described in the book 'the baby whisperer'.

However, I am still having problems in the evenings specifically between 5 and 8pm.

The 3hr EASY routine described in the book recommends a 40 min cat nap at 5pm / 6pm, followed by a feed at 7pm. There seems to be a gap in the timing - my 2 month old baby becomes tired and sleepy if I wake her up at 5.45 as recommended.

Is there a gap in the timings? Am I missing a trick?

Would appreciate any suggestions.

Many thanks,
Charmy

I followed the 3 hour easy loosely and probably wouldnt have wakened my lo if he was sleeping at that time (unless it had been more than 3 hours since a feed). If it doesnt work for you and your lo then change it about until you have something to suit you both.
