Hi All. DS is 15 weeks and it appears we have started the dreaded sleep regression after consistently sleeping through for the last 5 weeks!
We have started a proper bedtime routine of bath, lotion, pyjamas and sleeping bag, calm books, milk, cuddles and bed. We get him down at 8:30.
When he wakes in the night what are we supposed to do? Do we get him out and cuddle him back to sleep then put him back in? Surely then he won't learnt to self settle? Obviously don't want to leave him if he is crying either! The only guidance I can see is around bedtime routine not the actual nuts and bolts of what you need to do in the night! We have never cuddled to sleep at night because he has never needed it; we've always just fed him and put him in the snuzpod
