Has anyone found a reasonable explanation for inconsolable crying during sleep? My 16mo has had a few sleeps where he starts crying but when I go to him he's still asleep. He won't settle until I wake him up or feed him in his sleep.
He's a very Happy child and rarely cries so this is very new. He's done it twice during the night and has just done it during a nap. He doesn't appear to be in pain and is absolutely asleep.
Would love some opinions or ideas. Thanks x
