Any one know what to do when split nights occur? For the last month 13 month old been waking up and staying awake for at least 2/3 hours.
we stay in the room, light low, no interaction, no stimulation but she just won’t go back to sleep. It’s happening almost every night and it’s just draining x

What’s your full daytime routine?

@ExcitingTimes2021 I know this is an old post...but did anything help with this? We are going through the same with my 14mo and it's killing us!

It’s an absolute nightmare. Our second did this. We alternated who was up with him in the night (more or less alternate, some allowance for work, driving, etc) and the one due to be up went to bed earlier. That was it really! We made sure that things weren’t too exciting at night times but it didn’t make any difference. Dropped his naps fairly early, and when the last nap dropped he started sleeping through properly.
