Is the Huckleberry app any good? Does it actually help with sleep?

We've used it since birth to track food, nappies and sleep. Started using the personalised nap timetable / sweet spot from 12 weeks when she hit sleep regression. Not looked back since!

Used sweet spots with first DC when it was a free option. It became paid for so I stopped using it and haven’t started again with second DC and I don’t feel I need it.

pros - it can help avoid overtiredness
cons - for us, think it lead to undertiredness sometimes. Also it can take away your confidence as a parent as you can end up paying too much attention to the app instead of learning your babies cues etc.

if you’re struggling with getting baby to nap and can pay for 1 month id say do that but use it as a guide don’t be too reliant and then see if you can get by without it
