Is my babies sleep patterns normal?

Please help a first time mum out. I'm quite stressed and I know most people have this with their baby. My son is 9 weeks old. Still waking every 2 hours in the night, get up with him around 7 at the mo give him a bottle then he goes back to sleep for an hour or so then he wakes to feed, pop him on play mat, tummy time, nappy change, sleep again this is repeated everyday. Should he still be waking up every 2 hours to feed? He seems to have only 2 oz at night and then fall back asleep again. He has just been diagnosed with a milk allergy so starting prescription milk now. I was just curious if other mums has this and if I'm doing anything wrong or can do anything else to help.
I have tried not changing his nappy in the night as I read it can stimulate them too much to cause them to be more awake but he ended up leaking through in the morning and I felt terrible so still change him at least once in the night.
Help 😬

Totally normal, sorry! Change him for poo not a wee, he shouldn't soak through at that age, maybe size up nappy?

Waking every couple hours can be normal for a long time, have a Google of biologically normal infant sleep. It's not forever, even my nightmare sleeper sleeps through now.

What's his daytime sleep like? I would try a nappy size up so you only need to change him for poos. Could be he has been waking every 2 hours because of the milk allergy....

Have you tried a dummy? If he’s only taking tiny feeds at night he might just want to suck to resettle for at least some of the wakes.
