3 month old sleeper

Baby is 3 months old now, he goes to sleep for 7:30 every night after his bottle, then wakes at 11 for a feed and anywhere between 2-3 for another. About 4:30/5 then he is up for the day. Is that normal at this stage or should he be sleeping longer? I’m exhausted only getting an hour or two here and there by the time I get back to sleep after he is

Yes this is completely normal. Babies will feed between every 2-3 hrs at that age.

Mine is four months and I can’t get him to go down for the night until 9-10pm but then he sleeps until 7-7.30 with 1-2 wake ups, maybe your bedtime is too early?

And I’ll say that as much as I look forward to getting his bedtime earlier and having a bit of an evening free again at the moment I’m glad that his first and longest sleep happens at the same time as mine!

Agree with the previous poster. Your bedtime is too early. Average (broken) sleep overnight for a 3 month old is 9-10 hours. Yours is doing exactly this so it’s completely unsurprising they are waking at 4 or 5am with a 7:30pm bedtime. I’d put them to bed much later, maybe more like 9:30 or 10pm, then you can maximise your sleep at the same time and benefit from a later start. You might even find with a later ‘awake’ feed they sleep longer anyway.
