Bedtimes & morning routines

Hi all, so we have recently returned to the UK and i'm getting my children ready for school tomorrow and I got to thinking-what time for most children go to bed? We will need to leave for school at around 0815
How long are lost peoples morning routines? We used to have to be in the car for around 0650 for a school day starting at 0710 so the timings (and the very light nights!) are so different from what I'm used to!

12 year old. Bed at 830pm to 9pm up at 630am as she likes time to wake. Leaves at 745am to 8am
15 year old bed at 930pm to 10pm up at 7am leaves 8am ish.
18 month old. Bed 8pm ish. Wakes 630am to 7am. Out the door by 745am but we just get her dress and give a drink she has breakfast at nursery.

Think it depends on your kid and how long they take to get ready and their sleep needs.
