12m won't sleep when out

Hi all,

I have a low sleep needs 12m old. She only usually has 2x40 min naps during the day and around 10/11 hours overnight. Sleep has always been a struggle but lately she REALLY struggles when out. She needs dark and quiet for her naps otherwise she just won't sleep. She doesn't fall asleep in the carrier anymore if there is a lot going on, can't put her in the buggy with the cover because she screams. During the day it takes a lot of rocking/white noise/dark and quiet but it's just not feasible when out.

Yesterday she didn't take her first nap until 2:30pm (she was up at 7) and put the rest of the day completely out of whack. Usually she falls asleep after 5 or so hours as she's just so exhausted but it makes her wake windows too long and affects bedtime.

Any bright ideas?

My lo after 6 months wouldn't sleep in a buggy and has to be in her cot now. Dark. Pink noise. Dummy etc. I normally just go out in morning
