3 to 2 naps, will it help split night?

My baby is almost 7 months and she has naps like this currently;

6:30-7 wake
9-10:30 nap 1.5 hours
1ish nap 2 varies in length mostly 40 mins but sometimes 1.5 hours
4:30 power nap 20-30 mins
7:30-8 bedtime

Sleeps until 2/3 am and is then happily awake for 1-3 hours!! This has been happening on / off for a few weeks but has happened 3 nights in a row now.

She's only just started to lengthen her afternoon nap this week and only just started napping on cot (as opposed to sling contact naps) she settles herself to sleep for naps but is sometimes breastfed to sleep in night but can go down awake and go to sleep. No dummy. Dark. Pink noise.

If I shorten first nap and try and get her to have a longer afternoon naps will this help split nights ? Is this because of nap transition please?

Definitely move her to two naps - if she’s exhausted bring bedtime forward slightly
