Hello, my DD is almost 5 months old. She had been into a good little routine recently of going to sleep around 9pm after a bath and bottle, and then waking around 4am for a feed and going straight back down until about 7. However for the past week or so we’ve had a combination of either/both these happening every night: she’ll either sleep initially for about an hour then be full of beans, shouting and laughing and trying to roll (she mastered rolling last week) OR she’ll sleep until about 2am then spend 2 or 3 hours of the same shouting/laughing/wanting to play etc. If you don’t engage she eventually gets frustrated and starts to cry. Any ideas of what I could try differently? During the day she generally has 3 naps - late morning for 1.5 hours, mid afternoon for an hour and then tea time (6:30ish) for maybe 30 mins.
