2.5 night time sleep issues

Hi all, my daughter is almost 2.5 years old. She slept through the night since she was 2 months old. She was falling asleep within 10 min during bedtime, no issues there. She was on 2 naps until February (about 22 months old at the time), when I decided to put her on one nap schedule. I figured it made more sense as she has only one nap in the nursery (2 days a week) and her naps were becoming shorter too. Well, it didn't go well cause since February she fights bedtime, is awake for an hour, then wakes up at least 5 times every night since. I've tried everything, I've read everything it is to read as to why it might happen and I'm out of ideas. Was she not ready for one nap? If not, how do I even go back to 2 nap schedule at this point? Any advice is appreciated cause I'm very irritated and sleep deprived at this point...

She’s more than ready for 1 nap- though sounds like she might be ready for no nap. When is her nap and how long for?

She goes to bed around 1pm, sometimes earlier and naps for about 1.5h - 3 hours, depending on the day. I don't think she's ready for no nap tbh as she's knackered by 1pm.

Way too long a nap at that age- 1.5hr max, ideally 1hr!

Way too long? How can it be too long, when she hasn't fully transitioned into one nap still? The sleep issues began on the day I switched to one nap, she's been sleep deprived since, so am I supposed to shorten her nap even more?

2.5yr olds don’t have 2 naps- you can go back if you want but it’s v unusual. What about lunch earlier, say 11.30- bed at 12 and up by 2

I tried that before, made no difference. The only time she slept through the night is when we were on holiday for two weeks, and she slept with me on the bed, but this is something I don't really want to try.
