Frequent waking

DD2 is 13 weeks old and wakes very frequently at night - she will go down in her crib for between 20-90 mins at a time. When she wakes, she doesn't want a feed (she's breastfed) and she is fairly easy for DH to settle back to sleep so I do know we're lucky in that regard. But we're really starting to struggle with the frequent waking. When she's sleeping on someone (nighttime or daytime), she can go for hours.
I don't think it's an early 4 month sleep regression because tbh she's never been better than this, but I could be wrong? Until about 8 weeks she wouldn't go in the crib for more than 5 mins and had to be held a lot overnight.

Is there anything we can do to extend some of her sleep?

For various reasons, I really really do not want to co sleep.

Hi OP, sorry you haven’t had any responses yet. How does she sleep during the day? Plenty of naps? I think frequent night waking can be caused by over tiredness that has built up during the day. Either that or I’m afraid it’s just what she’s doing atm! I have a 6 month DS and he’s had all sorts of sleep patterns since he was born - the only thing that is guaranteed with baby sleep is that everything is a phase and they’ll mix it up on you soon enough! Best of luck.
