2.5 year old suddenly not sleeping at all - I need help!

My toddler has been a good sleeper since she was about 1 years old however out of nowhere she is waking in the night (usually around 1am-3am) and then won’t go back to sleep at all. Absolutely nothing I say or do for her will stop this and she screams the whole house down. I have exhausted every possible strategy and am at a total loss on what to do now?

I am so exhausted and weak I feel physically sick (not helped by the fact I’m 11 weeks pregnant). I really don’t know what to do anymore it is affecting my mental health and my relationship and I just feel like I’m failing terribly?! I can’t nap when she naps either as she often doesn’t, I don’t understand how she is surviving!

Does anybody have an possible explanations and or tips? It feels like it will never end at the moment ☹️

Sorry no advice but my 2yo DS is going through similar 🤦🏻‍♀️ He has been a really good sleeper since 9 months old, then we had the occasional rough night with teething/colds etc but now it’s virtually every night and I’m dead 😩 he cries his heart out but is fine when we sit with him. thankfully he’s my youngest or I think I’d cry.

My only guess is that it’s separation anxiety or possibly being afraid of the dark, as he stops crying when there’s a nightlight on. Only trouble is he seems to then think it’s party time 🤦🏻‍♀️ I pray it’s a phase.

What time does she go to sleep?
is she maybe teething? Having a bad dream?
