7 month old waking 5/5:30am every morning

I have 7 month old twin boys who generally are good sleepers however they tend to start most days at 5/5:30am. Anything I have read online says this is basically through the night for babies and to treat anything before 6am as a night wake. We never get them out their room before 6am. We have tried everything… earlier bedtime, later bedtime, tried changing naps etc but had no luck yet. I know every baby is different but just wondering what other 7 month olds bedtime is and how much day time sleep they get. Currently our twins go to bed around 6:45/7pm and have around 3 hours day time sleep. Am I asking too much for later mornings?????

Yes you are. Anything post 5am is day time not night time. Earlier than 5am is early waking.
Could be they're not getting enough sleep overall, need more calories before bed. You can spend a year trying to solve it, I did 😆 eventually it resolves itself with nap tweaking, bedtime tweaking, food etc.

Use Huckleberrys advice and baby sleep site.

I'd be tempted to try we earlier bedtimes. Although they may just be early risers! One of my DC always woke between 5-6am, in fact still does most mornings but is now old enough to get up without waking me! I tried everything and concluded she is just an early riser. When mornings were creeping earlier I would sometimes do a super early bedtime, I'm talking 5.30pm, and she would always sleep longer and later than usual when I did that (not 7am or anything like that, but closer to 6 than 5!)
