Sleep training worked but early mornings are back!!

I have 7 month twin boys and we recently done the Ferber method with them which worked AMAZING! Night wakings went from every hour to 0 and they started sleeping longer, used to wake 5-5:30 then after doing the Ferber method, they were going until 6:30 or after! My problem is, we are back at the start with the early wakings and I’m not sure why! The past 3 days, the boys have woke at 5:15 which is so much earlier than what they had been doing and it’s no good for any of us… they are much grumpier through the day when they wake up at this time and so are we!! Their normal routine is something like this… first nap at around 8am for 1/1.5 hours, second nap at 12ish for 1 hour if first nap was 1.5 or 1.5 if first nap was 1 hour then last nap is around 3:30 for 30 mins and bedtime is 6:45/7ish. They are definitely not ready to drop that last nap yet as they get so cranky and dropping it would mean bedtime would need to be 5:30 which is too early. It is not a hunger reason why they have started waking as they don’t drink a bottle straight away. Their room is pitch black and have used white noise with them since birth. We also try to not get them out of the room before 6am.I know we have it good as their night wakings have reduced but the early mornings are a KILLER and totally just ruins the routine for that day. Any help would be so appreciated for my own sanity!

Babies can't tell the time. Sorry.

Plus their routines change randomly and temporarily.

I'd be grateful for no night wakings and just accept you'll be up early! I know which I'd rather if I had to choose. My DD get up at 5.30. My DH and I take it in turns so that we get to sleep longer every other day.

Your first nap is too early and too long. They will be making up for their early rising by having that long nap.

It’s just a phase and it will pass. Both my children went through ridiculously early wakings around that age. Hopefully it’ll be done in a month or so. Well done on the nights though!

My daughter is 6 months. She wakes up at 5 and goes to bed at 6.Although for an adult it's hard I was told that babies are more people and it's perfectly normal.
I am a part of mums group and she is the only one who has been sleep trained and sleeps well through the night.I shouldn't complain.
