Twelve month old and breastfeeding

I’m going away for work for four days in six weeks and my baby still has at least one feed at night at around 5am. I’m scared that dropping this feed will result in him just waking up for the day at 5am instead of his current time of 630-730am (typically roughly twelve hours after we put him to bed). Any advice on how to push it back so he is only having a feed in the actual morning? He has only just dropped his 2am feed - he went through a period of sleeping through but then seemed to regress when we went on holiday. He’s also super clingy right now so I’m worried DH will have a terrible time… he will take a bottle but I’m hoping night weaning will also improve our sleep situation.
