How do I adjust naps when baby early wakes-7.5months HELP!

I am extremely stressed out by the whole naps and baby sleep and feel like I just can’t stick to wake windows and other things because of my LO’s early wakes.

Lo is 7.5 months and very clearly ready to drop to two naps however I’m struggling as she is currently waking for the day at 4:00am. How in gods name am I supposed to do two naps and get her to bedtime without being overtired?

she currently doesn’t have a regular nap time but I use an app to determine from when she wakes what time she will need a nap. But because this can vary from 4:00am-5:00am we can never make it to 6:30pm (her bedtime) without her being overtired on two naps. When she wakes at this time we leave her in her cot as long as she is babbling (generally 40mins) and get her up when she starts crying but then feel it’s a mad rush to get her up give her a bottle and then try and squeeze breakfast in too.

I’m finding that from waking up first thing in the morning to her going down to sleep I’m permanently attempting to work out how to nap her so that she makes it to bedtime, she normally sleeps 9.5/10hours a night and will have 2.5/3hours during the day so is it that I need to move her bedtime later or what?

help is needed as I am STRESSED!
