Tips for keeping baby cool?

First time mum here with a 20 week old.
I'm sure this has been discussed on here but I can't see anything on the topics...

Any tips for keeping baby cool?

I feel super anxious about the heat and it being even hotter tomorrow. We've been travelling home from Cornwall today so she's been in the car air conditioning with regular stops so has been fine. She is happily sleeping in her cot with just a nappy on atm but I keep checking her temp and I can't settle.

Any tips for keeping her cool, (other than the usual stuff)?

Take a wet flannel out in a nappy sack. Wipe down and leave dc damp. Under a parasol with hat on at all times.

Try not to worry and I know that's easier said then done. Babies in other countries are a lot hotter then we are and they are OK. Just maybe offer extra formula or bf bit more to give more fluids as their likely sweating a bit more.

Maybe a cooler bath just before bed. Not to cool as will do opposite of making them hotter.

Ah thank you. She had a really good nights sleep (unlike me lol).
