Waking at 5 again - why ?

DD has got into really good sleep patterns the last 4 months (now 13 months) and although she went through phases of waking early generally has been great and not waking before 6.30 sometimes even 7 or 7.30. Since about 3 days before the clocks went back she has been waking at 5am and rarely goes back to sleep. She just jabbers away in her cot until I go in at 6 but nevertheless dh and I are awake because our room is right next door and we can hear everything.

I know she has some teeth coming through and can't work out if it's that or the clocks or just a phase. Thought you ladies might have some pearls of wisdom for me - any suggestions ?
