My son D has been waking at 4:30 for just over a week or two now. My boys are early wakers anyway and it's usually between 5 and 5:30. I struggle enough as it is but D is now waking my oldest who is 4 and tired from nursery.

He won't go back down and kicks up a fuss.
He naps at around 10:30 for about 1hr 30 mins and bed is usually between 6:30 and 7.

I'm thinking of trying a 7:30 bedtime. What do you think? My oldest still needs to go to bed earlier as he doesn't nap and needs the sleep.

I'm just so tired. I struggle everyday to get through. I have ME so it's not helping. I've even struggled to get my oldest to nursery some days.

D does wake up alot too. He has a dummy which we are taking away when the summer holidays start. Sorry for the rant. Ideas welcome.

My ds woke at 4am for a couple of years, nothing to be done about it except make sure he was out of the bedroom so he didn't wake his sister and keep him happy. I'd make a pot of strong coffee and leave it ready to go on before I went to bed.
The fact that I'm on MN at 5.30am may be a legacy from those days, or maybe it's peri, but both kids are sleeping soundly right now and have been since 8pm, so all is OK.
