Reflux/milk intolerance impact on sleep

My LO has always been an awful sleeper (4 months old) being at a complete loss I took the plunge and got a sleep consultant. We are almost 2 weeks in but there is no improvement in LOs sleep at night. Naps are fine but at night LO just cries out (after 3am/4am she cries every 10 mins or so) therefore I have been advised there is likely an underlying medical issue eg reflux or milk intolerance/allergy. For ones with LOs who had either of these - what symptoms did they have and how did it impact their sleep? Thanks!

Milk allergy here, but ours was diagnosed much earlier as it was quite severe, huge amounts of sick etc.
My DD used to be sick all over the place, loud tummy sounds, then conk out for 3 hrs, until the next feed, but she was only a newborn at this point.

Thanks for that - sounds rough! I just don’t think my LO has any symptoms other than awful sleeper. She does have dry skin patches and as a newborn she used to scream after feeds but she sort of grew of it? But I don’t think she has anything else hence wondering what other symptoms LO could have that I’m missing
