6 month old naps

Is there any way I can get my 6 month old (nearly 7 months) to nap around noise in or out the house
in the house I have white noise which does help him nap for longer but out the house wether I'm going the park, doing the school run, going to play centres as I have a 4 year old too or just general shopping he won't nap and gets himself so over tired and worked up, so I'm limited to where I can take my oldest boy without worrying about if my youngest gets tired
The longest he goes between naps is 2 hours at the most, he's not the type of baby that's ok if he doesn't nap either he really needs to have a good nap to be ok and in a good mood
I know this is something he will eventually grow out off and he will cut out naps soon but I was just wondering if there is anything I can do now to help
Thank you :)

Can you not put white noise on your phone and put it in the pram so he can hear it? That's what I do. My 8 month old is not a great napper and this is the only way I can get him to nap outdoors.

Inside home we have pink noise through Bluetooth speaker connected to an old phone. And its loud, so no noise disturbs her. Outside, tbh she's never really done it but we have tried pink noise machine and shade pod thing forkeeping it nice and dark.
