tips on coping with jetlag

Can anyone give tips on coping with jet lag. We are taking our twins to the Caribbean in April. They will be 14 months. They are sleeping pretty well at the moment and am scared of disrupting this.

your brave! Keep to their routine as best you can. Try to make their surroundings like home as much as poos (cuddly toy, their own pillow etc) as long as they think you are happy and they are safe they will be fine!

No tips here either, sorry.

Found ds settled fine going west/south - 2 nights in each place - but coming back has been merry hell. Just what you didn't want to know, I'm sure - but at least I think it's exacerbated for us by teething and something's wrong with his poos.

(Oh but fllllightattendant says her friend says it always takes her lo a week to settle - this is day 5 and I am gritting my teeth til Friday...)
