Can anyone tell me how long this lasts?? Beginning to lose the will with naps, PM nap DD ( 9 month 18/6) fights and fights and fights. Resorted to Pram and car just to get her to sleep. Now some days the AM one is short! Night sleep not affected, she's ST and I watch wake windows and cap the first nap at an hour. She can and has taken all naps and night sleep in her cot. Tell me it's a phase and will pass. It's killing me as there's only so early can put her down to bed for the night.

I never managed to get mine napping in their cots, so naps were always car/ sling/ pushchair/ in bed with me. Would suggest maybe getting in to your bed with her at nap time then trying to sneak off or have a rest too.

It's all a bit hazy now, despite the youngest only being 3. There were easier periods with naps and harder ones, and in general I would say I wish I'd relaxed a bit about naps when they were babies. Maybe tried a more natural approach and been less worried about the timetable, as it might have spared us some tears all round. Easy to say in retrospect I know! I hope she starts sleeping in the cot again for you soon.

@Mwnci123 Thank you for replying, it's good to hear it's likely a phase. Her first nap is still in the cot but the second she's hell bent on refusing. Good advice trying to relax about it, hence now I'm like oh well we'll just go out and if you nap in Pram or car so be it. Just harder when they don't sleep as long and you don't want to put them to bed before 6. Hopefully it passes soon as she is capable...just have to wait it out. She's always averaged about 13.5hrs for a good few months so I'm also wondering if now she's doing 12hr at night she just doesn't want to sleep during day as long but it's not like she can not nap and make it through the day. Oh the joys!
