19 month old nap length?

Hey,

Wondering how long your 19 month old naps each day, on average? And how long are they awake before bedtime?

When mine was that age she napped 1-3pm and went to bed at 7pm.

Mine is napping 12-2 then bed 7.30. Tried earlier bed too. But getting constant early waking at 5.30am. Am wondering if nap is too long...

Both mine stopped napping at 18 months unless we were on a particularly long car journey and had had a very busy day.

And one always woke at 5.30 regardless of naps, bedtime, waking in the night or anything else. Gradually got later when he started school.

Haaa not long to wait then 😆 I have a 6 year old who woke early as a toddler and eventually stopped at school age. But had hoped I could crack this one.
