3yrs 5 month, giving up dummy and early wakes

My lg is 3 years 5 months old and this week has decided to give up her dummies to the dummy fairy all by herself. She’s done well settling for bed and hasn’t asked for it. However when she had the dummy she would go to sleep between 7-7:30 and wake at 6;30. Since giving up the dummy she’s waking at 5 or even this morning 4:45 and can’t settle back down. Her room is dark. We’ve been getting up with her when it’s clear she’s not going back to sleep but I think that has reinforced the early morning wake.
Anyone have any ideas how to get past this early morning wake? She is still tired and yawning. She’s cranky by the end of the day but I don’t want to bring bedtime forward in case this also reinforces the early morning.

Likely will be a bit of her adjusting to life without dummy.

We have a 'in your room until 7' policy so the kids can get up and can go to the loo but they stay and play quietly in their rooms until wake up time.

Sometimes they do come into us, but if we're not up, we don't get up until morning time so it's no fun really.
