My 12 month olds day goes like this
5.30 wake (keep in bed til 6am)
9-10am nap
1.45-3.15 nap
7pm bedtime.
The other day he did a short morning and second nap he probs had 1.5 / 1.75 hours day sleep not 2.5 and we put to bed slightly earlier at 6.30, but he slept til 6 and not 5.30.
Am I right in thinking I should cut some day sleep down to encourage longer night sleep?
