Sleep deprivation - DD wakes every hour!

Hoping someone can reassure me this doesn’t go on forever 😩

My daughter recently turned 6 months old and up until about 2.5/3 months old slept well (ish - like a normal newborn I would say). Since then she has woken every hour, sometimes every 40 minutes overnight. She wakes up crying and will usually only settle with a feed (EBF). If DH tries to rock her it takes hours and she cries so much that it’s just easier for me to step in - she refuses to take a bottle.

We recently found out she’s allergic to dairy, egg and possibly soy which I think may be contributing to her rubbish sleep - I have cut these out. She gains weight well but was very refluxy as a baby - this has improved vastly since we figured out her allergies (we’ve only just started weaning her so this is all very new to us).

I have a 3yo who has always been a good sleeper and am back to work next week - my mental and physical health simply cannot take much more sleep deprivation - I’m probably averaging about 3 hours broken sleep a night. I feel depressed and ill all the time! I’ve tried sleep training but she cried so much she made herself sick. I feel like we’ve tried everything!
