Hi,
Does anyone use Huckleberry sweet spot for naps and is it any good? Does it do anything beyond tell you age appropriate wake windows?
TIA

We used to use it when it was free. It basically just applies appropriate wake windows to your schedule and tells when to put you baby down for a nap. You could do it yourself for free by looking the schedules up online for your baby’s age, and applying it to your schedule. We still use the free version of the app. Basically for this, but our son is a toddler now!

Thank you! Does it take the length of the previous nap into account? As in, will it suggest a shorter wake window after a 30 minute nap than after a 90 minute nap?

No it doesn’t. That would have been helpful in the days of many tiny naps!

Sounds like it's not worth paying for then. Might as well just work out the wake windows myself. Thanks!

I really like it as a guide! I started using it when my son was about 4 months old. I do find that it amends wake windows depending on nap length, I tested it, so if my son slept for say 20mins, I would wait a bit and change the end of nap time to say 40mins and the wake window changed a lot! Sometimes the wake windows were a little bit long and I would go with an inbetween sort of time depending on how he was, but I did really like it. Just felt like a bit of “support” if anything! Which I know sounds stupid. I think it’s a good tool to use along side watching the baby for tired signs etc. x
