11 week old catnapping

Hi all I know it’s developmentally normal for 11wo to cat nap but my DD never ever naps beyond the 40-45min mark. I spend an eternity trying to resettle her for her to then wake 5 mins later. She can fall asleep independently and can to an extent resettle but she does cry at this point which is why I intervene. The more she cries the harder to resettle. The cat naps are the same if she’s in the pram, car, sling etc. she has a swaddle, white noise and dark room. Are cat naps ok? Should I not waste my time trying to resettle? When will her day naps become longer? She was also doing so well at night but is now up every hour…very tired….but the catnaps have been the same since she was born

DD has always done this until round 8 months and now has a 2-3hr nap in the morning snd thats it. Or rarely and pm cat nap too. Has always been pretty good at night so I didn't mind the cat naps too much.

I wouldn't waste time or stress worrying. She will sleep as and when.

How is she at night?

Her night sleep was really good but for the last week her nights have been awful…literally waking every hour. Not really a distressed cry but more of a moany/ bleating cry - but she does it all night long…tried to feed her but she’s not hungry - I did wonder if she was in the 4 month regression early as one day her sleep just went off the rails and has been awful since
