Is this normal? 11 month old

So DD2 is 11 months and goes to bed around 7/7.30.

She sometimes cries in the night usually around 11ish/2ish/5ish. I usually leave her a few minutes and if she's still crying, pop a dummy in and she goes back off.

However my friends babies don't do this!

Is this normal? Night terrors etc?

Could be stirring in between sleep cycles? And wants her dummy to help get her through to next cycle?

Yes normal

My son was exactly the same we used to put 5/6 dummies around his pillow area and when he woke he just grabbed one and popped it in. If I went in he seemed to wake more but left alone he went back over to sleep.

You can also buy a Teddy off amazon that has special velcro hands to hold spare dummies! Even leaving in cot they may not grab them by themselves... You have to train them by guiding their hand to find it! Good luck
