Anyone use a sleep consultant?

I'm at my wits end! I need to do some sleep training with my 6 mo. I know what to do, I've read every book going but just keep putting it off. If I invest in a sleep consultant they'll be no turning back.

Anyone used one and recommend? TIA

Just do it and if you find it's hard or doesn't work then invest. We did controlled crying and it took 2 nights

Andrea Grace. She has written a book which is quite good (you may have read it already!)

Yes. We used Anne at Nurturing Sleep (Google her)

Lovely person and Very reasonable prices. Amazing advice that helped me understand what was going on and how to deal with it in a compassionate way.

truly life changing, wish I’d called her for my older one rather than struggling on!
