Hiya, I know many will say no to routine but I think I need one for my sanity.
Currently BF baby. Sleeps in next to me or in my bed safely (although bedsharing makes no difference to her sleep). Swaddled in next to me but not if bedsharing. Awake window is 2 hours. All naps are in the sling!Current routine is
9am up
11am nap in sling for 2 hours
3pm nap 1 hour
6pm nap 1 hour
7:30 feed then bath then more feeding until sleep between 9:30-11pm! Wakes every 2-4 hours for a feed at night.
Help please! Think I need to bring bedtime earlier and waking up earlier?

You said that people will "say no" to a routine but I think that's because it's not really possible to implement a routine with such a small baby. You can try waking them up earlier but they might just be grumpy. Its all trial and error really.

My DD is 2 months and bottle fed (not sure if that makes a difference routine wise). She doesn't have a 'day routine' as such but always up for 7:30 latest. The one routine I do stick to though is bedtime. She has bath at 6 then back downstairs for a bottle which and she's then in bed between 7 and 8 although it's always closer to 7 as she falls asleep on her bottle after bath. She'll then sleep until around 10, have another bottle then down until around 2:30/3, bottle then she wakes at around 5 but never wants a bottle just wants a quick cuddle back to sleep then wakes around 7/7:30 to feed again. Day times are basically whatever she wants as she's a bit of a grazer in the day so a routine is a nightmare!

I would push the last nap back to 7,pm and call that bedtime. See how it goes. We didn't really have a routine except for 7pm bedtime and that lasted till they were about eight!
