12 month sleep regression?

Hi everyone,

DD is 12 months and 2 weeks. Since a week ago her sleeping pattern has changed quite dramatically. At first I thought the clocks changing might have had something to do with it, but now I’m beginning to doubt that.

Before last week she was going to bed at 7/7.30pm latest and often earlier than that if she skipped her afternoon nap. Now she doesn’t want to take an afternoon nap but also stays up until 8.30/9pm and the last couple of nights I’ve been so exhausted trying to get her to settle that I’ve just taken her back downstairs and put the TV on until she falls asleep on me.

she has a good bedtime routine that we’ve done since she was 2 months old - bath, book then bed (and prior to 12 months, bottle). It always worked well until now…

Just to give some more details:
-We co-sleep and I don’t want that to change until she’s ready
-she doesn’t seem to like drinking whole milk but I’ve stopped buying formula so she no longer has a milky drink before bed - could this be part of the problem? I even bought nesquik to try and entice her but she wasn’t having it.
-she has been waking at least once in the night this week and being hard to settle (again, in the past I would have used milk)

Is this just classic sleep regression stuff? Not sure what to do. The days are so long and she’s not sleeping in any later in the morning…:

Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions, experience or advice you can offer would be gratefully received.

thank you
