So I'm desperate for some me time, my child co sleeps (tried everything for his cot to work but nothing) when co sleeping he sleeps 12+ hours in our bed (he's 10 months old)

The last few days he's been waking at 7am so I've been putting him to bed around 7pm (he has an hour nap in the morning and an hour nap in the afternoon) he goes to bed about 3/3.5 hours after waking from his last nap.

The last two nights he's been waking about 45 mins to an hour after being put to bed. I then have to wait about 2 hours minimum to try again which will take me upto 10pm where I'm knackered and want to get into bed myself :( !!!

Any advise or anything? Mega stressed

Immediate thought is it's time for one nap. Mine was down to one nap by 8m and slept a LOT better overnight after that.

See I thought that but I don't get him to nap. We was out all afternoon ( he had his morning nap 1.5 hours) then slept for 30 mins in the afternoon, both times he got himself to sleep so? Idk!

Keep him awake? Get one good long nap in from 11-1ish, and then put him to bed at 6.30ish.

It's easy, either stop the afternoon nap or bring them forward
