3mo waking 5.30-6.30am

From 5/5.30 my 3mo is really restless. After his night feed I put down without a dummy and he sleeps fine from say 1.30/2 until 5.30 hits. He will then be insanely restless so I offer dummy and that will send him back off for an initial 10-20mins. After that the dummy falls out every 5-8mins approx and i qm basically awake just on dummy watch. As soon as 7am hits when I need to be getting up for my 0ldest child he is sound asleep again with dummy staying in no issue. I am sick of not getting more than 3.5hs sleep after the night feed. Is there anything I can be doing to solve this issue?

I'd suggest that at 5.30am, baby has another feed. Then wind and resettle with a dummy for a more settled early morning.

To reduce the need for the extra night feed, make daytime feeds closer together so you give an extra bottle or two during the daytime.
