Baby won’t sleep after waking in early hours

Little one is 3 months and 3 weeks. DS1 was a horrendous sleeper for years so I am extremely grateful that this time that baby actually sleeps at all. However I’m still shattered. We’re getting a great stretch from 10ish until 3ish most nights but after that he just won’t go back into his crib. He’ll sleep on me or next to me but despite reading all the safe sleep stuff a million times I’m just too anxious to cosleep and find myself waking in a panic every 10 mins or so.

Is there anything I could try that might help?

Can you get a sleepyhead or similar? You might not be so worried about co sleeping if the baby has their own sleep space on your bed.
