Background sounds to help my kids and me sleep

Hello,
I just wanted to share something I had been working on!

I am a Mum of two and always used to struggle to get my boys to settle from a very young age. One of my friends had suggested trying some white noise as background noise to help them sleep. I have got to admit I was very sceptical at first, but it definitely made a difference! I had used white noise myself in the past when I suffered from tinnitus. At that time, it really helped me drown out the ringing.

I began to explore this a bit more and look into the benefits of white, brown and pink noises and how they could help settle my boys at night- and myself! In the past I struggled to find exactly what I was looking for, so decided to try and make some resources myself. I was now hoping to share them with others, so they might benefit too!

I have put together a few 10hour long loops of background noises on a new YouTube channel- Background Tranquility. Here is the link: www.youtube.com/channel/UCdXhVqICW-D1g1MRBouye2Q

I have made 3 Black screen videos- so you can just play the track and not worry about the device lighting up the room or running your battery dry overnight.

These are:
• White noise: The traditional background noise is shown to help drown out background sounds and aid focus and sleep.

• Pink Noise: White noise for the more sensitive ears- less high pitch frequencies.

• Brown Noise: White noise's deeper and stronger cousin- I find this better personally for sleep.

• Womb sounds: This combination of sounds creates a comfortable, womb-like environment that calms infants, encouraging them to stop crying and fall asleep faster. Worked wonders for my youngest!

I have also made 2 videos with other sounds and environments I find relaxing. These are Rainforest Ambience and Light Rainfall on a Tranquil Lake.

Let me know if you found these useful, if so please like and subscribe- so I know whether it is worth exploring and producing more! I would love to grow the channel and invest a lot more time into this, so would appreciate any support!
