I sleep trained my 7 month old and she gets put in her cot awake and goes to sleep about 7pm. She is still waking around twice for a feed (breast fed). Last night was 2am and 6am and then I woke her at 8am.
She’s only up for about 10 mins for a feed and then back to sleep but she’s started solids and I don’t actually think she’s that hungry. I tried to let her settle at 6 and she cried for 20 mins until I went through.
How do you stop night feeds?

It's not that unusual tbh, my son still woke until 20 months for a feed overnight. If it's becoming untenable for you then maybe check out Lyndsey Hookaway on Instagram?

Solids don’t fill them up - food is less calorie dense than milk. I think it’s completely normal that they need feeding at night at 7months. Sleeping 7pm to 8am with 2 short feeds is amazing!

Thanks for your advice. It’s helpful to know this is normal. I think I’m just worried about leaving her with my parents overnight in a couple of weeks and don’t think she’ll be very happy with a bottle at that time (takes it okish in the day)
