3 weeks and refusing to sleep at night

Hi, just looking for some tips really if at all possible! My DD seems to be going through a phase of one night being a dream (waking at 11:30, 2:30 and 5:30) and the next refusing to sleep after the 2:30 feed! I know she is really young but are there any tips to help? My mum had her the other night and while the sleep was lovely I think it has actually made me more tired 😂. If it helps she does have colic which I appreciate makes her more restless x

Three weeks ago, she was warm and safe and cosy in your womb, she barely knows she is here in the world yet, it is a learning curve for both of you.

Completely understand that and I'm more than happy to be up in the night with her just don't want to be doing anything wrong xx
