19 week old naps and sleep

Hi all! After any advice or words of wisdom.
My baby is 19 weeks old and we had a very difficult start with CMPA and reflux which is now fully under control with prescription formula and medication.
Baby has been a high crier and high needs from birth with the crying gradually reducing in length and episodes. (We have also been assured by medical professionals there’s nothing else underlying).

However, baby literally screams and fights sleep so much for both naps and bed time and gets into such a state.

She will only nap on me during the day but that’s still with screaming and crying whilst trying to get her to sleep. I pay close attention to wake windows and sleepy ques.
We have a pre nap routine and a nice calming bed time routine but it is awful trying to get her to settle. No amount of white noise, darkness, shushing rocking patting when held will get her to sleep and she literally gets to a point where she is so worked up and overtired she just passes out to sleep.
Once a sleep at night she will sleep from about 7pm - 6am with 2 wakeups for feeds and is easy to put back into the next to me.
If I walk her in the pushchair during the day she will still cry but eventually drift off without too much of a battle.
Other than sleep, she is a happy thriving baby with plenty of laughs, babbling, feeds well and likes to be inquisitive.
Any tips to make sleep time less of a battle and ordeal are much needed. Thanks for reading!
