9 month refusing naps

What do you do when your baby refuses a nap?

Think we are going through regression / anxiety / standing in cot... way too wired to sleep at the moment.

Refusing to nap.... do you get them up? Take them out? Give up on the nap? Try again?

I feel so bad because he must be tired but I've tried settling him up to an hour some days and he doesn't!!

Give them milk and a cuddle then try again. Then give up.

He is probs learning a new skill if you mention he's standing in his cot. Far too exciting to sleep!! I'd try for 20 minutes and then give up, go for a walk and grab a hot chocolate haha. See if he falls asleep in the buggy and if not, don't worry. Try again later or if it's his second nap, just give him an earlier tea and put him to bed earlier xxx
