45 minute naps

Dd will be 9months on the 19th (8.5 months adjusted) and has been sleeping through the night for a few weeks now. She has previously been having 2 x 1.5 hour naps consistently but in the last week or so naps have suddenly started lasting only 45 minutes. Nothing has changed and she is going down for naps awake and putting herself to sleep. Any advice on what could be causing these short naps and what we can do to extend them please. She does get tired too so she does seem like she needs the longer naps. Thank you.

Just to add she has just learnt to crawl too.

My DD is 8 months and still does 30-45 mins twice a day now

She does seem happy on this though but I can get one longer nap if I only let her sleep 11-12 ISH but then she won't sleep again all afternoon so it's either two short naps or one long here

Have you tried stretching awake time ?
