Firstly, this isn’t the regression, it’s always been like this. 30-40min naps only and waking every 1.5-2 hours at night. He doesn’t do a long stretch at night at all. I can occasionally resettle him at naps but not always and find it very hard with toddler.
We have a limited routine to be honest as 2.5 yo tends to dictate our day but baby is always down for the night between 7and 8 and up around 7. I’m shattered, he’s shattered and I’m wondering what we can do. He’s ebf.
