11 month old night weaning

Hi all,
Tomorrow night, I'm starting the dreaded night weaning.
However, I don't know where to start. Some say to time it, however she doesn't drink that much, she takes a couple of sips and then she's done so I can't really do that approach.
She's waking up every hour at night and I'm thinking that's the reason why because she falls asleep by herself with her dummy at bedtime and naps so I know she's capable of self soothing.
Also, at night, she doesn't route around for her dummy and she's fully capable of putting it back in herself so I know there she's just being lazy and expects me to put it back in. Any tips there?
Any tips and advice would be appreciated 😊

I night weaned and removed the dummy in one go. I just went cold turkey one night. I thought it was going to be horrendous but to be honest we had one not great (but not terrible) night and after that it was fine.

It will not be as bad as you think it is and I think the first night is the hardest. Just go for it (and maybe throw out the dummies in case you crack!)

I just offered water for a few nights, and that was it. I did still leave dummies around her, and she still has them now. She finds them on her own and puts them in on her own in the night.
