7 month sleep routine help

My lo is 7 1/2 months old. His night time sleep is not great. We’ve started moving towards two naps a day. Would like some advice on timings.

Currently he is a very early wakes sometime between 5-5.30
So I try and push first nap to close to 9 as I can but this can be any time between 8.30/9 he has started sleeping for about an hour most mornings.
Next nap is about 3 hours after waking so if he wakes at 10 he goes down about 1 for his nap next. Waking today at 2.40
What time do you think bed time should be? I’m conscious not to push him to long as he gets very over tired and ends up falling asleep on the bottle at bed time and then will wake 40 mins later and continues throughout the night. I also don’t want a too early bed time to encourage the early wakings!
Struggling to know what to do.
Thanks for any suggestions!

I don't know if it helps. But at this age, because my lo was still on 3 naps, we did
9 till 10 nap
1 till when she woke up normally was 220 to 230.
445, 30 Min nap
8pm bed

I found bedtime was later than now when on two naps. It's only temporary. Some Los thrive on 234 routine. My lo didn't until recently. I think at 8 months, I used Huckleberry for their sleep routine and worked well at 8 months. Bit of transition period. But worked well for a while before it changes again.

with a combo of later bedtime and having a later nap. Prevented overtiredness and helped early waking with later bedtime

Thanks for your reply. I think I’m going to try him with the 3 naps again. He’s still as unsettled as he was before but sometimes wakes an hour after going to bed and has early wakes which the 6.30 bed time probably isn’t helping with. I’ll give it a try
Thanks

If lo is waking after an hour after bed, I would definitely say overtired. Try 3 naps. See how it goes. Just for info. If you do a later bedtime, it takes a little while before baby will sleep later in the morning as it's a change. Wishing you luck x

I found this bit horrible, as they are not quite ready for 2 naps. But 3 is almost too much....

All I seem to do is Google sleep! Try to get it right but never seems to work.
This is my second and my first never slept great either. I thought I would be blessed with a good sleeper this time lol Thanks for the tips!

Hahaha, yes, I'm the same googling sleep trying to find the best routine, etc. Good luck. Let us know how it goes
