I currently bf baby to sleep at every night waking. She also ends up in bed with me every night. She's 9 months old.

Ive had enough. Tips on how to stop feeding to sleep & how to get her in her cot all night. And less night wakings please

Feeding to sleep is totally biologically normal at that age....if you would like to stop feeding BACK to sleep during night wakings you can do that a few different ways. I had success by starting with feeding back to sleep every other time baby woke up (did need to get up and about doing lots of rocking etc in order to soothe and it took ages longer than just feeding). This was very gentle and no real crying involved just fussing and shouting at me. This did not stop night waking though as I generally just had a bad sleeper!

I also invested in a much comfier cot mattress instead of the thin one that came with the cot and together both of these helped baby go back to own bed easier.

Be warned if you have a bad sleeper nothing but time will stop the night wakings. Best of luck.
